PAYMENT TERMS

Tickets for all courses will only be issued upon receipt of full payment.
Bookings made less than 14 days prior to a course must be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
Our Payment Terms for invoices are 28 days.

TICKET CANCELLATION / TRANSFER TERMS

Bookings are refundable providing more than 14 days notice of cancellation is given.
Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of the course will be converted to a non-refundable credit. This credit may be used for a similar course within 12 months.

Delegates booked on any course may be substituted at any time free of charge.
We reserve the right to alter or cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control. In case of such circumstances we will contact you in order that you may receive a full refund or you may transfer your credit to a similar course.
